First Mile………. after the agreed package is received at a RedPlate Centrally Located Hub Facility our team will be able to redistribute this package as part of a consolidation to several smaller hubs across the country, thereby placing package closest to demand to ensure it would arrive on time…. Last Mile.
Pricing Model
RedPlate Logistics for Business is built on unused space and capacity already going in a specific direction, location and time, allowing for a marginal cost consideration on the part of the Transporter. This allows RedPlate Logistics for Business to use the space for consolidated cargo movement as opposed to individual item movement.
Transporter Pricing
RedPlate Logistics for Business will command and exploit the entire unused space and capacity already going in a specific direction, location and time for a fixed predetermined price, allowing for much lower cost per unit within the consolidated packages or consignment. This Transporter pricing structure is already built into the Delivery rates of the Taxi and Delivery App.
Vendor Pricing
On the Vendor side the price will be set based on $800.00 up to 10lbs anywhere in the island, for Same Day First to Last Mile Delivery Experience. This is a cost usually passed on to the final customer or absorbed by the vendor.

On the Final Customer side First to Last Mile Delivery Experience, the price will be set based on $800.00 up to 10lbs anywhere in the island, for same day delivery.
