RedPlate Logistics and fulfilment Group is rapidly expanding its footprint across Jamaica, providing seamless logistics, rides, and delivery fulfillment services.
We are seeking talented and dedicated Regional Hub Managers for each of our five regional hubs to drive operational excellence, grow our transport and merchant partnerships, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction in service delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Regional Hub Manager, you will lead and oversee all logistics and fulfillment activities within your assigned region, which includes:
• Supervising daily delivery and transportation operations, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and service quality.
• Leading efforts to onboard Transporters/Delivery Drivers and Merchants (both online and offline) for our Kirana MarketPlace Platform.
• Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and providing hands-on support to drivers and merchants.
• Actively monitoring and meeting KPIs, with key deliverables in:
Customer Satisfaction for Timely Delivery and Customer Service.
Subscriber Growth in both Transporters and Merchants (tracked monthly and quarterly).
Regional Assignments:
Kingston Hub: Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Thomas
Mandeville Hub: Manchester, Clarendon, and St. Catherine
Montego Bay Hub: St. James, Hanover, and Trelawny
Sav-La-Mar Hub: Westmoreland and St. Elizabeth
Ocho Rios Hub: St. Ann, St. Mary, and Portland
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, with a strong emphasis on graduates from the Caribbean Maritime University.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of logistics experience, with a proven track record in managing and growing operational teams.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills; tech-savvy with an ability to use digital platforms for tracking and reporting.

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic National Hub Director to oversee our network of Regional Hub Managers, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality services nationwide.
Role Overview:
As the National Hub Director, you will oversee the operations of our five regional hubs, ensuring the seamless delivery of services across Jamaica. Reporting to the VP of Hub Operations, you will play a crucial role in setting national performance standards, achieving key operational KPIs, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll work closely with each Regional Hub Manager to ensure cohesive operations, support our transporters and merchants, and drive national growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Regional Hub Managers in achieving operational efficiency and quality across Kingston, Mandeville, Montego Bay, Sav-La-Mar, and Ocho Rios.
Develop, implement, and evaluate standardized operational processes to ensure nationwide excellence in service and fulfillment.
Drive KPI achievements related to:
Customer Satisfaction Ratings for Delivery and Customer Service.
Growth in Subscriber Numbers for Transporters and Merchants, both online and offline.
Oversee strategic initiatives to streamline operations and optimize service delivery across all hubs.
Coordinate with the VP of Hub Operations on national strategies and priorities for network expansion.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; graduates from the Caribbean Maritime University are strongly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with a minimum of 2 years in a national or multi-regional leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage remote teams and implement national strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in logistics and tracking software, using data insights to enhance operational efficiency.
