Guaranteed Same-Day Delivery Terms and Conditions
BluePath Logistics is dedicated to providing reliable same-day delivery services for orders placed before 10:00 AM local time on business days. To ensure a clear understanding of our service, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
Eligibility: Orders must be placed and confirmed by 10:00 AM local time, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), to qualify for same-day delivery.
Delivery Window: Eligible orders will be delivered by 8:00 PM local time on the same day.
2. Geographic Limitations
Service Area: Same-day delivery is available within designated service areas. Customers should verify if their delivery address falls within these areas before placing an order.
3. Order Restrictions
Size and Weight Limitations: Certain size and weight restrictions may apply. Orders exceeding these limitations may not qualify for same-day delivery.
Prohibited Items: Items classified as hazardous, perishable, or otherwise restricted by local regulations are ineligible for same-day delivery.
4. Delivery Conditions
Recipient Availability: The recipient or an authorized individual must be available to receive the delivery between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If no one is available, RedPlate Logistics will follow standard redelivery procedures, which may incur additional charges.
Delivery Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses. RedPlate Logistics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances
Force Majeure: While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, certain situations beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, road closures) may cause delays. In such cases, the guarantee may be suspended.
6. Compensation for Delays
Refund Policy: If RedPlate Logistics fails to deliver an eligible order by 8:00 PM local time on the promised delivery date, customers may be entitled to a refund of the delivery fee, provided the delay was within our control and not due to unforeseen circumstances as outlined in Section 5.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including delivery addresses and contact information.
Compliance with Restrictions: Customers must ensure that their orders comply with the size, weight, and content restrictions specified in Section 3.
8. Amendments
RedPlate Logistics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and will take effect immediately upon posting.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
